General mission
Responsibilities
1: Project MEAL planning and results monitoring
Responsibility 1: Operationalizes the project monitoring framework, indicators, targets and reporting plan
-
Translate the approved project results chain into a practical MEAL plan aligned with donor requirements, ORGANIZATION
Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) standards, and the agreed implementation schedule.

Maintain the indicator tracking framework and means of verification for 46 schools, approximately 800 teachers, approximately 800 students and 900 activity kits.
-
Develop, adapt and standardize monitoring tools, including registration and attendance records, pre- and post-tests, participant feedback forms, session observation checklists, supervision tools, training reports and kit-distribution records.

Establish clear data flows, responsibilities, reporting deadlines, databases and evidence-arcOrganizationving
arrangements.
-
Orient and coach project staff, facilitators and relevant partners on correct tool use, indicator definitions, documentation standards, confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
2: Data collection, quality assurance and information management
Responsibility 1: Ensures complete, accurate, consistent and securely managed project data

Oversee timely collection and consolidation of quantitative and qualitative data from all school-based training, Training of Trainers (ToT), post-training supervision and kit-distribution activities.

Conduct daily data review and validation, identify missing or inconsistent records, and ensure timely correction before information is used for reporting.
-
Apply structured Data Quality Assurance (DQA), including cross-verification of attendance, test scores, feedback, session reports, stock records, dispatch data and signed distribution receipts.

Triangulate data sources, conduct risk-based spot checks and maintain a documented issue-and-correction
log in coordination with the Project Manager and Master Trainer.

Maintain a secure and auditable project Management Information System and evidence repository, with regular backups, version control and retrievable files for reporting and audit.

Ensure responsible and etOrganizationcal data management, informed participation, confidentiality and appropriate access controls, particularly for information relating to cOrganizationldren and psychosocial wellbeing.

Produce disaggregated data by sex, age, disability, location, school and participant type, Organizationle applying data-minimization and protection principles.
3: Field monitoring, quality, inclusion and accountability
Responsibility 1: Monitors delivery quality and supports timely corrective action across target schools

Conduct regular field-monitoring visits and observe selected sessions to verify adherence to the approved
methodology, facilitation protocols, documentation requirements and implementation schedule.

Track coverage and progress against agreed targets and promptly flag attendance gaps, implementation
delays, data-quality concerns, distribution discrepancies or other risks requiring management action.
-
Monitor whether at least 90% of observed sessions meet facilitation, inclusion and safeguarding standards, and follow up agreed corrective actions with the Project Manager and Master Trainer.

Verify that participation arrangements and training delivery are accessible, gender-, age- and disability-
responsive, culturally appropriate and non-discriminatory.
Responsibility 2: Strengthens accountability, safeguarding monitoring and adaptive management

Ensure systematic collection, confidential recording and timely analysis of participant feedback on relevance, satisfaction, accessibility and inclusion, with the objective of acOrganizationeving at least 85% participant satisfaction.

Support safe and appropriate feedback channels; refer safeguarding, protection or sensitive complaints immediately through ORGANIZATION protocols without recording unnecessary personal or case details.

Monitor compliance with cOrganizationld safeguarding, do-no-harm, emotional safety, dignity, confidentiality and non-stigmatizing engagement standards in line with the project approach.

Facilitate regular debriefs with facilitators and project staff, document implementation challenges and lessons, and track adjustments to delivery methods, pacing, scheduling and logistics.
4: Analysis, reporting, learning and project close-out
Responsibility 1: Produces reliable analysis and evidence for donor reporting and decision-making

Analyse reach, completion and performance against project indicators, including pre/post-test results,
teacher confidence, participant feedback, session quality and kit-distribution status.

Measure and report progress toward the agreed outcome targets: at least 70% improvement in teachers' MHPSS knowledge and at least 75% of teachers reporting confidence in applying psychosocial support techniques.

Prepare concise monitoring updates, indicator tables, dashboards, charts and evidence summaries for the
Project Manager, MEAL Manager and technical team.

Provide verified data, analysis and means of verification for the Inception Report, ToT Report, progress updates and Final Completion Report in line with donor formats and deadlines.

Contribute analysis of acOrganizationevements, coverage, challenges, mitigation measures, feedback trends, lessons learned and actionable recommendations.

Reconcile final participant, training and kit-distribution records; confirm completion against targets; and compile a complete, auditable close-out evidence package.

Provide regular updates to the MEAL Manager and Project Manager on progress, emerging risks, data
quality, corrective actions and reporting readiness.

A Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, Economics, Information Management or a related field, with at least four years of relevant experience. |
Relevant specialized training in results-based management, data quality,safeguarding, accountability or information management. |

Experience(typeand amount of experience) : |
Proven experience in results-based monitoring, field monitoring, data analysis and donor reporting; designing and applying mixed-method tools; managing participant and distribution records; conducting DQA; and supporting training or capacity-building projects. Experience working with project managers, trainers and field teams to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. |
Experience with UN-funded assignments,school-based MHPSS, inclusive education, Organizational safeguarding, Sindh field operations or monitoring multi-location training delivery. |
