An international humanitarian organisation invites proposals from registered firms for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar-powered water purification systems in District Muzaffargarh, Punjab. The work covers one reverse-osmosis plant and three ultrafiltration plants with arsenic removal, at two schools and two health facilities. It includes plant rooms at three sites and one year of after-sales support.

This is a re-advertisement of JPF8-T1. Proposals made on JPF8-T1 are not carried over: firms that took part before must register and submit again on the new link.

Who may apply

• A registered firm (SECP or Registrar of Firms, or a sole proprietor with NTN), with NTN, Active Taxpayer status and an active sales tax registration
• At least 2 years in water treatment, and at least 2 completed RO or UF plants (any capacity, solar or grid) in the last 5 years
• Average annual turnover of PKR 8 million or more in 2024-25 and 2025-26.

What to submit (online)

• Registration certificate; NTN certificate with Active Taxpayer status; sales tax registration showing Active
• Experience: fill Form F-3, with a copy of the purchase order (or contract) of each row behind it, in one PDF
• Integrity and litigation declaration (Form F-2) and the bid form (Form F-1, printed by the link), signed and stamped
• Audited financial statements for 2024-25 and 2025-26 (or the income tax returns for both years)
• Key staff: fill Form F-5 with the complete team, including a PEC-registered engineer and 2 technicians (CVs only if asked later)
• Technical proposal; for each site the specification sheet and drawings; the equipment data sheets
• The financial proposal on the link's price form

Evaluation

A technical score of 70 or more to pass; then 70% technical and 30% price. Two envelopes: the price is opened only for proposals that pass.
