HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation (Helvetas) invites sealed BIDs for Sale of GREAVES Generator on  “as it is” basis. Helvetas reserve the right to accept or reject any, all, or part of submitted offers.

All quotation documents are to be submitted in English

6.       Period of validity of offers

All bids must be valid till 30 days with effect from the tender opening date.

8.   Cancellation of the quotation procedure

The evaluation committee reserve the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

9.   Data protection

Helvetas guarantees that all procurement activities are fully and transparently documented for internal or donor audit purposes.  Helvetas guarantees confidentiality of the procurement process.

10.         Delivery

All vendor/Individuals will be responsible for dismantling, loading and transportation of the Generator.

11.         Inspection

              Inspection can be made during (Monday to Thursday) 1100 hrs to 1500 hrs by visiting First Floor, Plot No. 11, I&T Centre, G-6/1-1, Islamabad
