Position summary
The Product Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that product decisions are driven by data, user insights, and measurable outcomes. This role bridges the gap between technology, operations, and organizational goals by tracking product performance, conducting user research, and validating feature impact. The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve ERP systems, case management platforms, and AI-powered tools, ensuring they deliver measurable value and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities

Define, track, and report on key product metrics including adoption, engagement, and feature usage.

Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product performance and usage trends.

Conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate feature performance and inform roadmap decisions.

Prepare regular product performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather product feedback.

Document user journeys, workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

Maintain product documentation, requirements, and knowledge base.

Support analysis and improvement of AI-powered tools, including chatbot performance and user interactions.
Requirements
Experience
-
2–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analysis, or a related role.

Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (implementation, support, or analysis).

Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable product insights.

Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Technical Skills
-
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.

Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.

Experience using BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
AI and Product Mindset (Essential)

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for analysis and productivity.

Understanding of how AI enhances product analytics and research workflows.

Familiarity with modern product management practices including agile and lean methodologies.

Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, OKRs, and data-driven product development.
Additional / Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of UX principles, user experience, and product design.

Familiarity with wireframing or prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred but not required).

Experience in legal tech, social impact, non-profit, or case management systems.

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
