Dear Sir / Madam,
Relief International (RI) in Pakistan intends to prequalify the suppliers for NFI kits (Hygiene, Household, Shelter, Health & Hygiene etc), Dignity Kits, PPEs and Food kits. The supplier must be capable of providing nationwide delivery across Pakistan, based on RI requirements.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) details are as follows:
Subject of EOI: Pre-Qualification of Suppliers
EOI Period: May 2026
EOI Closure Date and Time: 05th June 2026
Minimum validity period: 12 Months
The following documents must be submitted to RI:
1. The attached (Annex A) must be completed and be duly signed by an authorized company.
2. Copies of official company/organization registration documents and essential certificates.
