CONSTRUCTION OF MOTHER AND CHILD HEALTH CENTRE

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PAKISTAN is a non-profit organization registered under section 42 of Companies Act, 2017 of the Government of Pakistan. Using a holistic approach, HDF has been working in 05 programs including Social Capital Development, Education & Literacy, Primary Health Care, Economic Development, and Sustainable Environment to address the needs of the marginalized communities of Pakistan. HDF has been working in 40 districts across Pakistan.

The Human Development Foundation invites sealed bids from experienced and qualified contractors for the construction of a Mother and Child Health Centre in Khewari District: Khairpur Miris – (Sindh), Pakistan. The project involves all necessary civil work, including building structural construction, electrical, plumbing, and other associated works, in line with the specifications outlined in the tender documents.

Scope of Work: Construction of edge compliance modern healthcare facility which includes.

• Foundation, structural, and finishing works
• Electrical and plumbing installations
• Interior and exterior works
• Site preparation and landscaping

Eligibility Criteria:

• Registered contractors with the relevant authorities, valid PEC Certificate minimum Cat-3
• Proven track record of similar healthcare facility construction or similar projects
• Compliance with local building codes and safety standards
• Availability of skilled manpower and resources to complete the project on time

• Company profile with registration details
• Proof of experience in similar projects
• Financial statement for the last three years
• Detailed project proposal and work schedule with timeline
• Bid Security Deposit PKR 50,000/-(refundable) in shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft should be attached with proposal.
