About the role:
To take care of the building and carry out cleaning & maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the office in a clean and orderly condition.
About the Project:
PMS is going to implement the Green Church Initiative Phase-II project in Faisalabad, targeting 10 local churches across both urban and rural areas, with an expected impact on 24,500 individuals at the household level. The initiative will engage local influencers, religious and community leaders, and relevant stakeholders, including NGOs, academia, and government departments, to promote environmental sustainability and social empowerment.
Your impactful goals will include:
- Clean all the floors of all office premises neatly (Mopping)
- Dusting of all the furniture, Curtains and windows
- Check all the lights, fans and ACs in the office are working properly
- In case of any malfunction, immediately report to the Admin & Finance Officer
- Cleanliness of all toilets and ensure all the toiletries are placed in clean manners and sufficient quantity
- Responsible for all the cleaning-related materials storage and usage
- Cleaning of Kitchen and maintaining hygiene conditions
- Serve tea to the staff and collect crockery from workstations and keep them clean
- Ensure that all the water dispensers have filled bottles of water
- Timely notify the stock levels to Front Desk Officer for Tea, Milk, Sugar, etc.
- Collect all the garbage in the office and place it covered at the allocated place
- Handover the garbage to the garbage collector every day
- Refreshment arrangements for in-house events
- Support Project Finance & Operations Officer in managing various office-related tasks i.e. Stationery, Grocery, Toiletries, preparation for meetings, and other inhouse events
- Receive and place all the stocks and move them to relevant storage space (Grocery, Toiletries, Stationery, Others)
What we are looking for:
Education & Knowledge:
- Secondary School Certificate.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Functional Competencies/Skills:
- Hospitality management / knowledge of customer service
- Activeness, attentiveness, and a responsible attitude
- Maintains confidentiality
- Can read & write in urdu
