Name of the Consultancy: Consultant (Female) – for provincial coordination and advocacy 

Location: Lahore, Punjab

Timeline of the Consultancy:

   The Technical expert will be hired for the duration of June to December 2025.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Master Degree in related field.

• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in coordination, program management, or communications, ideally within the women protection or GBV sector.

• Familiarity with international and national frameworks and standards on GBV and women’s rights.

• Competency in using data for decision-making, including familiarity with GBVIMS or other relevant data systems.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, survivor-centered approaches, and confidentiality in GBV response and prevention.

• Prior experience working with government bodies in Punjab, particularly PWPA, SWD and PITB, is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and report-writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation for diverse audiences, including line departments and policymakers.

• Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on capacity building and professional development.

• Proficiency in English and Urdu is essential. Working knowledge of Punjabi will be considered an advantage.
