About the role:
The Project Manager will play a critical role in project management, implementing, financial management and monitoring interventions aimed at enhancing food security and promoting sustainable livelihood opportunities along with and integration of DRR and WASH. Working in the context of Shangla socio-economic and environmental challenges, He will focus on improving household food availability, access, and utilization while building the resilience of vulnerable communities, including displaced populations and those affected by natural disasters or socio-economic shocks.

Job Specification:
Education:
- Master's Degree in Rural Development, Project Management, or Social sciences related fields.
- Additional certifications in DRR, WASH, or FSL are advantageous.
Work Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management with expertise in integrated WASH, DRR & FSL projects.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in designing WASH infrastructure and DRR risk assessments.
- Strong analytical and data management skills for monitoring project impacts.
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Effective communication and report-writing skills in English and Urdu.
