Position Objective: Cleaning Warehouse & It Premises outside. Handling Warehouse Activities that includes supervision of labor, loading off-loading and supplies siting & repair/maintenance work.

Relevant Experience: Completion of secondary education and/or relevant technical qualification. Minimum 01 year of relevant experience (in development sector would be preffered).

Mission 1 : Daily Cleaning Warehouse, Warehouse Premises Out Side, Handling Warehouse Activities
Handyman is responsible for:

• Responsible for cleaning all halls, floors, and premises.
• Responsible for dusting on daily basis.
• Clearing or cleaning general areas 
• Moving Heavy Equipment in warhosue and out side (if required).
• Changing Light Bulbs & Ensuring Other Fixtures & fittings are in good working order
• Minor Plumbing & Carpentry
• Support In loading & offloading of supplies
• Arrangement of supplies in dispatch area
• Changing filters on air conditioning systems 
• Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
• Regularly update Warehouse cards & spaces to identify issues with litter,
• Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks after receiving of the supplies and loading.
• Support office runner in office cleaning
• Close surveillance on casual labor and Truck Drivers during loading / offloading.
• Follow up with trucks rental companies and during transportation to partners warehouse
• Conducting Precautionary measures as advised by supervisor for temperature controlling.

 Mission 2 : Report to the Log Officer
Handyman is responsible for:

• Responsible of reporting supervisor for everything.
• Being flexible 
• In case of damage or loss of materials informs supervisor about it.
• Able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently 
• Able to work as part of a team 
• Good communication skills
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Objective 3: ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies
Handyman is responsible for:

• Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies  
• Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
• Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
