CARE Pakistan seeks a short-term MEAL Advisor to support the AAWAZ II project. The consultant will review and update the project log frame, milestones, and costed work plan; reconcile partners’ work plans; develop research frameworks and rollout plans; and prepare adaptation plans to integrate research findings into project design and implementation.

Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in sociology, economics, development studies, or related field; minimum 6 years’ MEAL experience (preferably with AAWAZ-II, FCDO, USAID, EU, INGO, or UN agencies); and strong skills in social norms programming, research, and data analysis.
