• All bids must be sealed, Clearly labeled with the vendor’s name.

• Last date for submission:27 October 2025

• Late or unsealed submissions will not be considered.

• Evaluation will be based on price competitiveness, compliance, and value offered.

• Selected vendor must ensure timely and safe delivery as per schedule.

• Shifa Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
