Shifa Foundation Established in 1991, (sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd Islamabad) is a Not-for-Profit organization. Shifa Foundation is implementing Projects in Sindh, Punjab, KPK , Baluchistan and GB”.

Shifa Foundation require services of such companies to manage meetings and trainings of staff and government officials for their projects in below mentioned cities. You are requested to submit your proposal as per following details

Terms and conditions:

• Only sealed Proposals will be accepted, last date of Proposal submission is 22 September 2025, after due date will not be accepted.
• An agreement will be made with vendor for provision of services.
• Multiple vendors can be selected based on coverage area and prior experience of working in those areas.
• You are requested to share your company’s profile along with Companies registration and tax documents.
• Proven experience in provision of such services and list of Po’s or contracts with at least 5 or more organisation for reference check.  
• Quoted rates should be inclusive of delivery charges.
• Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable Government taxes.
• Quoted rates should be valid till for one year extendable.
• Invoice should mention the Income Tax number / CNIC of supplier.
• All or some of above-mentioned Items/Services will be requested through purchase order on need basis.
• Payment will be made within 20 working days after receiving the invoice/bill and verified attendance sheet.
• Payment will be made through cross cheque in favour the company/business.
