Task-related with design

•    To develop M& Evaluation Framework of the project as per donor guidance.

•     Develop monitoring checklist, tools/tools, and templates for the monitoring of project activities as per donor guidance.

•     To agree upon minimum standards for various project activities when and where required for onward process monitoring

•    To develop a monthly work plan in accordance with M&E framework for onward process monitoring.

Project progress tracking

•      To track monitor and validate the progress of the project against DIP and ensure timely reporting as per the agreed timeline.

•     To highlight deviations and variances against progress against the project and share with the PM/M&E

       unit for informed decision-making.

Process and output monitoring

•      To ensure regular process monitoring activity level as per predefined minimum standards and agreed process

•     To debrief about project monitoring team about project monitoring findings.
