Position summary
The Corporate Lead - CWP & MICADR will be responsible for developing and managing a strong corporate fundraising pipeline to support the Child Protection Workforce (CWP) and MICADR initiatives at Legal Aid Society. This role focuses on proactive corporate outreach, partnership development, and sustained engagement to secure funding and build long-term collaborations. The position ensures that both initiatives receive dedicated corporate fundraising support aligned with LAS’s overall resource development strategy.
Key responsibilities

Identify and research prospective corporate partners aligned with CWP and MICADR priorities.

Initiate corporate outreach, schedule meetings, and present partnership opportunities.

Develop compelling partnership narratives linking LAS’s mission with corporate CSR priorities.

Track and maintain accurate records of corporate leads, engagement progress, and outcomes.

Ensure timely follow-ups, proposals, presentations, and partner communications.

Support the development of CSR partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and corporate collaborations.

Ensure consistent messaging aligned with LAS’s branding and fundraising strategy.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, or CSR engagement.

Prior experience engaging corporates in the non-profit or social sector is strongly preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.

Ability to translate programmatic needs into compelling corporate partnership opportunities.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and follow-ups effectively.
Core responsibilities

Build and manage a sustainable corporate fundraising pipeline for CWP and MICADR.

Strengthen long-term corporate relationships to ensure sustained engagement and funding.

Work closely with CWP and MICADR teams to understand program needs and translate them into funding opportunities.

Coordinate internally with Resource Development, Communications, and Finance teams to support partnership development.

Monitor and report regularly on corporate engagement progress, pipeline health, and fundraising performance.

Contribute to strategic planning for corporate fundraising and partnership growth.
