Qualification: 

  • MBA / MPA from HEC Recognized Institution (LLB preferred)

Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.

  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas or energy-related industries will be a strong advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:.

  • Maintain administration policies; ensure department-wide compliance with procedures
  • Manage facilities and office operations, including budgeting, maintenance, sanitation, horticulture, and procurement of consumables and furnishings
  • Organize and coordinate official functions, internal events, and handle boarding / lodging and employee accommodation and messing services
  • Liaise with government authorities and law enforcement for licenses, NOCs, social welfare assignments and legal matters
  • Handle land affairs, including acquisition, lease renewals, demarcation, compensation, and encroachment issues
  • Ensure protection of assets and company property
  • Ensure timely renewal of operational licenses and permits
  • Support internal audits, maintain comprehensive records and correspondence
  • Ensure effective inter-departmental communication
  • Facilitate staff onboarding and travel arrangements etc.
