Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from HEC Recognized Institution.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fleet / transport management and industrial logistics in a reputable organization.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of fleet tracking systems and transport documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word & Excel).
  • Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to manage large-scale vehicle operations and resolve logistical issues.
  • Good understanding of vehicle compliance, safety protocols, and regulatory processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:.

  • Operate and maintain a computerized fleet management system to track vehicle usage and availability.
  • Allocate company vehicles as per user department requirements.
  • Prepare, verify, and analyze daily vehicle log sheets, mileage, and fuel consumption reports.
  • Process contractor vehicle bills, ensuring verification, documentation, and timely submission to finance.
  • Maintain detailed records of driver log books, duties, attendance, shifts, allowances etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, drivers, and contractors for scheduling and operations.
  • Manage timely renewal of fitness certificates, route permits, and vehicle tokens.
  • Arrange emergency transport and vehicle replacement as needed.
  • Assist in the procurement and maintenance of spare parts, including coordination with stores and workshops.
  • Verify toll tax records, petty cash usage, and assist with accurate reporting and budgeting.
